Obituary
Jane Ann DiSabatino, 93, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022 at Complete Care at Brackenville. She was born in Rockland, Delaware on September 19, 1929.
Jane was a former member of St. Anthony of Padua Parish and a former volunteer at the Veterans Administration Hospital. A devoted homemaker, she was a talented cook and baker as well as a vast collector of knick-knacks. Jane was an avid animal lover who enjoyed shopping and exploring garage sales.
She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony DiSabatino; her sisters, Gertrude King and Hazel Meyer.
Jane is survived by her son, Edward A. DiSabatino and wife, Irene; her daughter, Dawn McCloskey and husband, Christopher; her grandchildren, Edward DiSabatino, Kimberly Strause (Erich), Olek Zarebicki, Matthew DiSabatino (Laura), John DiSabatino (Erica) and Brendan McCloskey; her 8 great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Jane's healthcare worker, Kate at Complete Care, as well as her special friend and roommate, Linda.
Funeral services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jane may be made to Humane Animal Partners, 701 A Street, Wilmington, DE 19801 (www.delawarehumane.org).
