Beloved wife of the late William D. Lawrence, MD; devoted mother of Amy (Kevin Hopkins), Sarah and the late Christopher Lawrence; dear sister of Joan (Eric Kister) Davies and the late Charles (Beverly) Davies; sister-in-law of Chuck and Jim (Diana) Lawrence; also survived by nephews, in-laws, many friends, and her beloved dog, Annie. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 28th, from 6-8 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 5200 Sheridan Dr. (at Hopkins Rd.). Private interment will be held at Denison Cemetery in Swoyersville, Pennsylvania. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to causes important to her, including the Alzheimer's Association, ALS Association, or any charity benefiting animals. Sarah and Amy. Your mother and I were best friends in grade school. We reconnected in 2010 and have been corresponding since then. I cherished my friendship with her and always wished we lived in the same neighborhood again. I am so sorry for your loss.

Jane was very special. I´ll never forget our wonderful conversations while walking our dogs together. I was blessed to have known her and will miss her very much.
