Jane Lock Obituary
A private Mass of Christian Burial was held at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Leonore with Rev. J.A. Small, officiating. Burial took place in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Leonore. Arrangements were entrusted to the Mueller Funeral Home, Lostant.
Mrs. Lock was born January 30, 1946 at St. Mary's Hospital in LaSalle to Leonce and Clara (Pflibsen) Schmitt. She married Eugene E. Lock on July 8, 1967 in Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Leonore. He passed away July 19, 2006. Mrs. Lock was a long time volunteer at Lily Pads in Peru. Her greatest joy was being a mother and grandmother.
Survivors include three daughters; Dawn (David) Cordes of Bloomington, Gina (Troy) Donahue of El Paso, and Jodi (Scott) Clinch of Ottawa; three grandchildren; Kyle Donahue, Peyton Cordes, Paige Cordes; her twin sister, Joan Wiesbrock of Leonore and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eugene; one grandson, Nicholas Donahue; one sister; and three brothers.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Lily Pads in Peru, where Jane joyfully volunteered for over 17 years.
