Jane Rebovich Obituary
Jane E. Rebovich, 95, of WADSWORTH went home to be with the Lord, February 27, 2024. She was born in Akron, Ohio on June 9, 1928 to the late Clayton and Sarah (nee Stewart) Grafton.
Jane was an LPN and spent fourteen years at St. Thomas Hospital. She was a member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church where she was in the Altar Society, Rosary Society and St. Ann's Ministry. Jane was a Charter Member of the Ladies Auxiliary Club of the Allenside Athletic Club. She also enjoyed sewing and quilting.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; her brother, sisters, sisters-in-laws, and brothers-in-laws. She is survived by her son, Richard (Dr. Elizabeth); daughters, Linda (Richard) Gross and Sara Jane "Sara" (Jim) Rosenberger; grandchildren, Nicholas (Courtney) Rebovich, Mary (Will) Guerra, Courtney (Dan) Miller, Christopher Gross, Whitney (Shaun) Cecil, Jimmy (Rachel) Rosenberger, Joshua (Kathy) Rosenberger and Jessica (Nick) Kilpatrick; great grandchildren, Kori and Ruben Rebovich, Amelia, Ellie, Mckenzy, and Laurel Rosenberger, Sloane and Wesley Cecil, Emma and Gavin Kilpatrick, and Atlas and Winter Guerra.
Friends may call from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2024 at the Schlup-Pucak & Wilson Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd, Akron. Parastas will be held 3 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be held 10 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2024 at St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, 1051 E. Robinson Ave, Coventry Township, Ohio 44203 with Fr. Miron Kerul'-kmec officiating. Burial to follow at St. Nicholas Cemetery.
