Jane C. Robinson

Mrs. Jane C. Robinson, 77 of Adel, Georgia passed away on January 25, 2026 at her residence. Mrs. Robinson was born on July 22, 1948 in Batesburg, South Carolina to the late James Elmer Hall and the late Blondell Haywood Hall. She lived most of her life in Cook County and was a member of Oaky Grove Baptist Church. Mrs. Robinson was retired from the Cook County Board of Education where she worked in the Cook Primary School and the Cook County Middle School lunchrooms.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Arthur Robinson of Adel; two sons and daughters-in-law, Phillip and Cindy Robinson of Adel, Tommy and Kathy Robinson of Keaton Beach, Florida; one daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Brett Kelly of Sparks, Georgia; six grandchildren and five step-grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; two brothers, Junior Hall and Tracy Hall both of Batesburg, South Carolina; three sisters, Ann Warren of Batesburg, Phyllis Wooden of Williston, South Carolina and Lavon Ediger of Colorado. Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Robinson; four brothers: Ray Hall, Wendell Hall, Arthur Hall and Lindsey Hall; and two sisters, Iceline Franklin and Ellen Sadler.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at the Oaky Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Garvie Nichols, Jr. officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Visitation took place from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the church immediately prior to the funeral service. Preston Kelly, Cole Kelly, Cole Elliott, Ross Elliott, Tim Robinson, Jeremy Leseueur and Cason Conger served as pallbearers. Waunell Nichols sang "In the Garden" and "Amazing Grace" during the service.
