Janet M. Berube

Janet Marie Berube, age 62 of Westford, MA passed away peacefully on Sunday November 22, 2015 in the home of her daughter surrounded by family and friends.Janet was a beloved member of the Westford Academy community, touching the lives of faculty and most notably, the students during her countless years of service. In addition to her devotion to her work at Westford Academy, she was co-owner of a successful custom home construction company, P.R. Berube Construction, Inc. Westford, MA. Her contributions to the community of Westford continued with her position as Administrative Assistant in the town clerk’s office.Successful in her business endeavors, anyone who knew Janet will tell you she felt her greatest accomplishments to be her children, Amanda Bashford of Bradford, MA, Shawn Berube of Littleton, MA and Jeffrey Berube of Rochester NH and her ten grandchildren, Shayne, Myles, Donovyn, Deryk, Stacia, Andrew, Mariah, Madison, Joshua and Olivia. Janet was the eldest daughter of William C. and Mary P. Perry of Chelmsford, MA. She is survived by her mother Mary Perry of Chelmsford, MA, her five sisters Susan Paquin of Amherst NH, Sheryl Porter of Derry NH, Joanne Burger of Ft. Myers FL, Brenda Fitzpatrick of Dracut MA, Pamela Perry of Chelmsford MA, her two brothers Brian Perry of Chelmsford MA and David Perry of Tyngsboro MA. Janet is predeceased by her father, William C. Perry and her sweet angel grandson, Donovyn Hugh Bashford. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Janet’s memory be sent to Merrimack Valley Hospice House, 360 North Avenue, Haverhill, MA 01830. We will remember her warm smile, her positive energy, her love of nature and undoubtedly her love for her family and friends.ARRANGEMENTS - Relatives & Friends will be received at the J.A.
