Janet enjoyed rock hunting, gardening, her indoor plants, family BBQ get togethers, fairs, 2 tracking on her golf cart, bonfires, and Karaoke with her beloved husband for many many years. Janet especially loved her children but was a Mom to all.
Janet leaves behind her Husband Duane Brainard Jr., Children; Eric Hulverson, Tara (Bobbie) Cain, Monica Brainard, Sharon Brainard and Duane Brainard III, Grandchildren; Kyle Barringer, Briona (Travis) Drake, Zoey Cain, Olivia Oneill, Mark Brainard, Monica Rubio, Grace Sprowl, Francine Sprowl, Adrianna Oneill, Cody Cain, Kyle Gibbons, Hope Greenwild, and Scott (Breann) Robinson; Great Grandchildren Zaiden Drake, Hazel Drake, Penelope Drake, Noah Barringer, Catalaya Barajas, Ahlanikai Barajas, Kai Cain, Kaleb Robinson, Thorren Robinson, and Maddox Gibbons; Sisters Vanessa Troth, and Christine (Mike) Johnson, Brother William (Carrie) LaMotte, and last but not least her fur babies Bandit and Jax.
Janet was preceded in death by her Parents Walter (Velva) LaMotte and Joann (Stu) Rose, her Father in Law Duane Brainard Sr., brothers Edward LaMotte and Troy LaMotte, and Fur Baby Fly.
Services will be Friday, March 31, 2023 at 1 pm, at Jowett Family Funeral Home in Benzonia with Pastor Patty Higgins officiating. Arrangements by Jowett Family Funeral Home.

Janet was the dearest, kindest woman I have had the pleasure to meet. She was so important to my healing when I lived up north. I am so sad we tried to keep insomuch and did pretty well once I moved back "down state" love to Duane and rest of her beautiful family she had a heart and spirit very few people have for all humans! Love to you and peace in eternity karen
