Janet was a “farmer’s wife”, domestic engineer and a jack of all trades. She was a great mother to her four children, a skilled seamstress, an exceptional cook, an immaculate housekeeper and a good friend. She was an active member and president of the Stanford Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
Janet is survived by her four children and their spouses, Kim and Eric Sprossel, William (Bill) Dillinger Jr., Michael and Catherine Dillinger and Lori and Michael Zampko. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Marc, Laurann, Billy, Mikey, Mandy, Cat, Zachary, Josh, Ben and nine great grandchildren, Jaylen, Alyssia, Teyden, Maliah, Hannah, Victoria, Alivia, Shae, Ava, and one great great grandchild Asher. Her youngest brother Donald Krom survives. She leaves behind her beloved dog Roxie. She was an aunt to many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother Roscoe Krom and sisters Florence Duncan and Betty Schultz.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Janet’s caretakers, her daughter Lori, with the help of Tatyana, Cindy and Alice. Without them Janet would not have been able to remain at home. Also, thanks to Hospice assistance in comfort care just prior to her passing.
