Janet M. Eigenberger

Janet M. Eigenberger, 88, of Watertown, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Spero Heritage Homes.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 2, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lebanon with Rev. Daniel Repp officiating. Family and friends may gather at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials, if desired, may be directed to Immanuel Lutheran Church of Lebanon. Janet Mabel Kollath was born on September 2, 1937 in Watertown, WI, the daughter of Gustav and Lenora (nee Kuehl) Kollath. She attended Immanuel Lutheran Elementary School in Lebanon, WI and Watertown High School in Watertown, WI. Janet married Ronald Eigenberger on June 5, 1971, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lebanon. Janet was a long time member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Lebanon.
Janet was friendly, kind, and family driven. She cherished time with her loved ones. She enjoyed the duties of homemaking - especially cooking, baking, and canning. It brought her so much joy to share the food that she made with those around her.
Janet is survived by children, Nick Harrison and Kristi (Ryan) Rejret; grandchildren, Taylor Harrison, Nia (Alan Moulster) Fredrich, Jaxon Fredrich, and Kelvin Rejret; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Janet was preceded in death by her husband Ronald on June 8, 2020; her parents; her sisters Bernice (Palmer) Kirchoff and Betty (Roger) Hein.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Spero Heritage Homes and Rainbow Hospice for the care they provide, and also to the staff at Nagel Neighborhood Health for their caring compassion that was given over the years.
