Janet Ellen Goff

Janet Ellen Goff, age 74, of Jamestown, Ohio, passed away May 12, 2025, at Kettering Heights Post Acute Care in Kettering, Ohio. Janet has been suffering from COPD for many years. She was born February 5, 1951, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Frank and Martha (Rockwell) Osborne. Janet Graduated from Beavercreek High School in 1969, had owned and operated Janet's Family Hair Artist in Jamestown for 26 years and worked as a beautician in Jamestown and Kettering areas for 51 Years. She is survived by her sister Wanda June Osborne; brother Turner (Donna) Osborne; nieces and nephews, Todd Osborne, Sheila Ebel, Gwen Osborne, Justin Osborne, and Derek Osborne; numerous cousins; and many friends and clients she had served. In addition to her parents, Janet is preceded in death by her son Ryan Briley and husband Donald Goff. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Byron Cemetery, 3256 Trebein Rd, Fairborn, Ohio. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) or Make-A-Wish. The Powers-Kell Funeral Home, Jamestown is assisting the family.
