Janet Ann Hatter, 73, of Edgewood KY, passed away Friday, February 6, 2026, at home. She was born October 22, 1952, in Cincinnati, the daughter of the late Elmer L. Langenbrunner and Jean A. Cassidy Langenbrunner. Janet graduated from Marian College in 1974 and graduated from the Athenaeum of Ohio with a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling in 2003. Janet was married December 19, 1992, to Mitchell “Mitch” Hatter. She is also survived by her sons, Joseph Duncan; Evan Hatter (Courtney); brother Robert Langenbrunner (Diane Burk); Thomas Langenbrunner; Michael Langenbrunner (Angela); sisters Mary Langenbrunner (Dave Mullin) and Susan Richardson as well as her Niece, Nephews, and great Nephews. Janet was preceded in death by her; sister, Joan Bailey. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday February 20th at St. Pius Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 10am with Mass at 11am, burial following at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to St Elizabeth Hospice
