Dear Kinzler Family,

I was so saddened to hear about Jan's passing. I am very sorry for your loss. Jan was such a special person. She was a dear friend of my mother's and showed me and our whole family great friendship, kindness and generosity. She had such a wonderful sense of humor. I have many, many fond memories of her and time spent with her. She also helped guide me in the early days of my career in public relations for which I will always be grateful. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

We extend our deepest sympathy to the Kinzler family. Jan was my first professional mentor and taught me so much about the business world. She generously gave me opportunities for professional growth that helped me throughout my career, and our business friendship quickly became a lifelong friendship. She was witty, smart, and caring and came from a loving and caring family that took such great care of her. We will miss her. May God bless the Kinzler family at this most difficult time.
