Janet llene Neal was born on December 04, 1944, to Robert Maxwell and Lillian Breeding in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She moved to Pinole, California when she was three years old and graduated from Richmond High School in 1962. She met the love of her life, Roy Neal, in 1962 and married him on October 13, 1963, in Pinole, California. Roy and Janet welcomed their son Robbie, in 1964. They moved to Stillwater, Oklahoma for Roy to pursue his degree in Engineering at Oklahoma State University where he later graduated in 1972. Janet was a stay-at-home mom until they moved back to Suisun City, California. She then decided to work in Robbie's school in the cafeteria. Janet worked various jobs until she discovered her love for jewelry and went to work for Zales, where she became a manager. When Janet did anything, she was with her family. When Roy and Robbie got involved in sports car racing and motorbike racing, Janet was the forefront of the group and was very involved. Then once Roy got into drag racing, Roy and Janet created R&J Racing. She assisted Roy with keeping track of his schedule, making sure they knew when Roy would need to be at the line, and with upkeep. After Roy and Janet retired, they moved to Bartlesville, Oklahoma in 2005. Once here, Janet became very involved in the church. She loved her church family and serving others. To keep herself busy, she also would do little jobs like working at Jane Phillips Medical Center and at Christopher Banks in the local mall. Janet was Roy's race crew and race chief in not only racing, but in life too. Janet was preceded in death by Robert Maxwell and Lillian Morgan. She is survived by her husband Roy Neal, her son Robert Neal and daughter in-law Lauren Neal, her grand-daughters Lillian Neal and Kearston Vargas, her niece Micki McNutt, and great grandson Killian Vargas.
