Janet B Secor

Janet Secor was a truly wonderful person. I remember her playing the piano for school events with such dedication! The children loved her.

My favorite memory with Janet was a lunch we had together. She spoke with such love about her children and family members. She also spoke about her deep faith and love for God. Janet reminisced about her time at Hawthorne Gospel Book Store. I realized that day that I had met Janet years before I worked with her professionally, while shopping at the store! I could see her light shining from the beginning.

Janet Secor was a treasure to all who knew her. By God's grace, am looking forward to worshipping musically with her one day; in heaven.

Janet was indeed a beautiful person. She loved God and others! She was a gifted accompanist. I was priviledged to have her accompany for the JAS Children's Chorus, through the years. I am sure that when Janet got to heaven, she heard "Well done my good and faithful servant" from her Lord!
