Janet Herrick Stuczynski

Professor Herrick was a caring, hard working, dedicated and inspiring woman who showed so many of us what doing what you love meant. She will live in so many of our hearts and memories eternally. Lux Aeterna.

Singing in Janet's choruses was a bright spot in my high school education. She inspired a great deal of enthusiasm, dedication, and community among her students. Although i did not go into a musical career, i am pleased to know that others have followed her example and doubtless carry some of her spirit into their important work as music educators.
