Janice D. Long, lifelong resident of Warsaw, passed peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on Monday, July 28, 2025, at the age of 90. Born on August 24, 1934, she was the daughter of Washington Don and Pearl Owen Anglin (Cummings). She lived a life that truly blossomed with love and creativity.

A proud graduate of Warsaw High School in 1953, Janice followed her passions and turned them into a thriving career. She owned and operated her own business, Tabitha's Garden and Wonderful Weddings, where she showcased her talent in floral design. Her artistry and dedication not only beautified countless events but also brought joy to many people.

On February 6, 1953, Janice married Glen Long, marking the beginning of a cherished partnership that spanned decades. Together, they built a family immersed in love and traditions. Janice was known for her family-oriented nature, always placing her loved ones at the center of her universe.

Janice was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, reflecting her love for history and genealogy. Her hobbies included botany and gardening, pursuits that aligned perfectly with her career. She also enjoyed reading mystery novels and exercising.

Janice is survived by her children, Cecily (David Powell) Richardson, Christopher (Jennifer) Long, and Grace (Jim) Johnston, who carry forward her legacy of love. She also leaves behind grandchildren, Jerry Richardson, Jonathon Richardson, Nicholas Johnston, Mary Johnston, Samuel Johnston, Paul Johnston, Patrick Johnston, Sebastian Long, and Alex Long, each of whom held a special place in her heart. She is further survived by her sister, Kerry Owen Kehoe, as well as many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Glen, and brothers, Kaye Donn and Happy Gene Anglin.

Titus Funeral Home is entrusted with the care of Janice. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 125 N. Harrison St. Warsaw, from 10:00 am until 11:00 am with Mass beginning at 11. Private burial will take place at Stony Point Cemetery with her husband, Glen. Janice’s family kindly request that memorial gifts in honor of Janice be made to the Kosciusko County Historical Society, 121 N Indiana St, Warsaw, IN 46580.
