To Jan´s girls and family please accept Dennis and my heartfelt condolences . I can´t believe Jan´s gone. Jan was my best and dearest friend for nearly 58 years. Jan loved her family and her strong faith in God. We had so much fun whenever we got together. My heart aches to know I´ll never hear Jan´s voice or see Jan again.
I met Jan when we were dating cousins and remained friends after . We would go to the YMCA in Charlestown. This was a club for the young military boys in dock for the weekend. It was called the GSO . I introduced Jan to my friend Richie Vaughn and the rest is history. Whenever we spoke on the phone we would always end our conversation with sending each other a big kiss. We never lost being in touch even after Dennis got sick . It just wasn´t as often . I promise to stay in touch with Your girls .Rest in peace my friend until we meet again . I´m sending you a big kiss .
