Janice was truly a lady with an abundance of knowledge in her field. A warm and devoted wife to Tom.
Great memories we have with Janice. We boated with her on the river. She will be missed but never forgotten.

With deepest sympathy to Tom and the whole family. Jan was my client for many years with the city and we became close friends and carried it throughout our retirement. We had many fun times together and so many things in common. I will miss her dearly. May she find happiness and peace
