Jason Lee Locklear Jr.

Jason Lee Locklear Jr., age 32, passed away on January 13, 2026.

Jason was born on January 6, 1994, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He was known to everyone as "Little Jason." If there was one thing that could be said about Jason, it was that he was a hard-working man, a die-hard Washington Commanders fan, and he loved his family more than anything in the world.

Jason was preceded in death by his mother, Dawn Celcer.

He is survived by his loving family:

His father, Jason Locklear Sr. (Casey); stepmother, Sammi Hollister; stepfather, Ryan Celcer;

His children, Nevaeh Lewis and Josiah Locklear;

His granddaughter, Akaiza Lewis;

Grandmothers, Sandra Thompson and Tamela Grant;

Grandfather, Colby Grant Sr.

Jason is also survived by his siblings: Kayla Locklear (Butch), Jennifer Locklear (Taylor), Hannah Alligood, Jordan Locklear-Gill (Travarius), and Jayden Merritt.

He leaves behind many nieces and nephews whom he adored: Peyton Bryant, Takoda Bryant, Kehlani Bryant, Jayce Gill, Royal Stanfill, Kyndall Gill, and Rhythm Stanfill.

Also cherishing his memory are his aunts and uncles: Ricky Locklear, Casey Smith, Justin Thompson, Colby Grant Jr., and Shawn Grant;

His cousins: Tracy Hewett, Tracy Lowery, Austin Hewett-Byrd, Dwayne Locklear, Kaya Smith, and Kaila Smith;

His beloved pastor; and his extended family, the "Get It Boyz" Car Club.

Jason will truly be missed by everyone who knew and loved him. His memory will live on through the lives he touched and the love he gave so freely.
