Jason Lucas Obituary

Jason Russell Lucas, 50

Jason Russell Lucas, 50, beloved father and son, of Coeur d'Alene, ID, passed away on September 21, 2024. Jason was born on January 14, 1974 in Yakima, WA, the son of Alan Lucas and Gloria (Alegria) Lucas.

Jason graduated from Highland High School, Class of 1992. He was an electrician by trade for over 25 years installing commercial security systems all over the PNW. He married Sherri Kautzman on September 28, 1994 and the couple had two children; Devan and Lexi.

Some of his favorite hobbies include; fishing, guns, riding motorcycles, and playing with his two German shepherd's; Kilo and Max, who he loved immensely. He was an incredibly hard working man who always put his family first. He was very close with both of his children who wanted to emphasize not only how loving he was, but also how incredibly loved and admired he will always be.

Jason is preceded in death by his father, Alan.

Survivors include his two children, Devan and Lexi Lucas; his brother Dan, and his mother Gloria.
