Jason Nelson Obituary
Mr. Jason Nelson, age 44, of Oakdale, passed away on Wednesday March 4, 2026, at his home. He worked for many years at Fentress County Sheriff's Department and at Central E-911 Dispatch. Jason was a big Texas Long Horn fan.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Kay Nelson.
He is survived by his daughter: Jaslynn Nelson.
Son: Justus Nelson.
Father: Larry Nelson
One brother & sister-in-law: James & Donna Nelson.
Mother of his children: Abby Nelson.
Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
The family will receive friends Monday March 9, 2026, at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM with Bro. Wayne Nelson officiating. Graveside services will follow at Cook Family Cemetery in Pine Orchard Community.
