Jason Sparks Obituary

He was born June 20, 1977, in Sturgis, Michigan, son of the late Jim and Elizabeth (Vail) Sparks.
Jason resided most of his life moving to Elkhart just recently.
On September 28, 2024, he married Jenille Collins in Niagara Falls, New York.
Jason was a talented welder by trade.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and working on cars. Jason had a passion for music. He loved playing his guitar, especially Bluegrass music, writing music and would even play his harmonica for his dog Addie.
He is survived by his wife: Jenilee; daughter: Katilee Sparks of Burr Oak; sons: Jason Sparks, Jr. of Burr Oak and Garrett Sparks of Texas; step-children: Alyssa Gipson and Caleb Chapman; two step-granddaughters; sisters: Christy (Charles) Flatt of White Pigeon and Peggy Silva of Elkhart, Indiana; brother: Corey Vail of Ohio and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00 P.M. Sunday, December 15th at the Hackman Chapel of Hackman Family Funeral Homes, 114 S. Nottawa St. in Sturgis. In honoring Jason's wishes cremation will follow the visitation.
Memorial donations would be appreciated to the Hackman Family Funeral Homes, P.O. Box 9, Sturgis, MI 49091 to help with expenses.

Over the years Jason and I became great Friends meeting each other at our work. We came so close that he would just stop over and just chat on some random days which was nice. He literally taught me everything I know about cars and it wasn't for him the cars the two I have right now who would not be running. I'll miss him
