Javen Ryan "Bug" Welcher

You were taken far too soon man. I only knew you for around a year but in that year alone, me and you formed a close friendship, the type of friendship that made every shift feel like a hangout and every shift without you a drag. You were the best gym bro, best coworker, and most importantly, one of my best friends. Ill forever miss you javen, and I hope you can rest easy up there.

I didn´t know him for long, but he left such a strong impression. He was kind, hardworking, and full of potential someone chasing his dreams and putting in the effort to make them real. It´s heartbreaking that his journey was cut short, but the dedication and warmth he showed will never be forgotten.

The world wasn´t ready for your craft, Javen. Fly high man, we already miss the hangouts and your work ethic. Stay blessed.

you will be so dearly missed javen, cierrah and i always talked about how much we missed you even two nights ago before we knew. i hope you´re the greatest barber up in heaven.
