Javier Enrique Guadalupe Quinones

Javier Enrique Guadalupe Quinones, 53, of Lowell, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, April 4, 2025. Born on October 14, 1971 in Caguas, Puerto Rico, he was the beloved son of Jose Guadalupe Rodriguez of Puerto Rico and Maria Quinones Rodriguez of Cambridge.
Javier was raised and educated in Puerto Rico, where his lifelong commitment to faith and service first took root. A devoted member of his church, he dedicated much of his life to helping others-especially those who were homeless or in need. Whether through acts of kindness, spiritual support, or a warm meal, Javier believed in sharing his faith through action.
A passionate cook, Javier found joy in preparing meals not just for his family, but for his community and church. Feeding the homeless and bringing people together around the table was one of the many ways he expressed love and compassion.
He is survived by his three children: Luz Katiria Guadalupe Lopez of Windsor, CT, Javier Guadalupe Lopez of Hartford, CT, and Zuleika Marie Guadalupe of East Hartford, CT. He also leaves behind his siblings: Sharon Morell of York, SC, Jose Antonio Guadalupe Quinones of York, SC, Kenny Guadalupe Quinones of Boston, and Carlos Alberto Guadalupe Quinones of Cambridge, MA. He also leaves his wife Luz Zeneida Lopez.
