Javier Molina

Javier J. Molina, age 62, passed away at Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado on January 19th, 2026. He was born in Fort Morgan, Colorado on September 4th,1963 to Alejos and Crisanta (Gonzalez) Molina. He attended Weldon Valley school and worked most of his life as a trucker for various area companies.

Along the way he met Sandra (Sandy) Marie Killian and they married on January 12th, 2002 in Fort Morgan where they made their home. Until Sandy's passing in March of 2015 they enjoyed fishing trips and catering to their two cockapoos, Scooby and Shaggy. Javier also enjoyed working on cars in his spare time. In his last few years, due to worsening medical issues, he enjoyed watching Western movies and football games.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alejos Molina and Crisanta Gonzalez, his wife, Sandy Molina, his grandparents, Francisco and Cristina Molina and Simon and Inez Gonzalez, his brother, Victor Molina and his niece, Brandy Molina.

He is survived by his sisters, Dolores Lopez and her husband Frank, Norma Molina, Enedina Molina, Nancy Gabriel and her husband Carlos, two nephews, three nieces, sixteen grandnieces and nephews and several cousins.

Javier will be remembered for his tenacity and determination to keep going despite the constant pain he suffered since the age of fifteen when he was involved in a serious accident.

May he now rest in eternal peace.

A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Wednesday, January 28th at 11:00 AM at Heer Mortuary in Fort Morgan. Inurnment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
