Javier & Family- Please accept my deepest condolences, Javier was a dedicated professional, always kind and thoughtful. I will always remember him, with admiration and respect. Javier led the Civil Service Interview Panel which selected me for my first Civil Service Job, later becoming my Supervisor. With sadness and much respect!
