Jawdat was born on June 2nd, 1948 in Iraq and moved to San Diego, CA shortly after marrying his loving wife, Rihab Herfy.
Jawdat was known for his auto mechanic aptitude, larger than life personality, and vibrant sense of humor. Jawdat welcomed four children with his wife and found great joy in being a father and later a Jidu.
Jawdat is survived by his wife of 52 years, Rihab, 4 children - Jamie Mansour, Martin Mansour, Joann (Waleed) Habbaba, Kathrine (Brandon) Fiscus, and the apples of his eye, his grandchildren - Madison, Allen, Lucas, Harper and Harrison.
The Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025 at 11:00 am in St. Peter Chaldean Catholic Cathedral 1627 Jamacha Way El Cajon, CA 92019, with Graveside Services to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum in San Diego, CA.
The family will be hosting a luncheon reception from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm at St. Peter Chaldean Catholic Cathedral 1627 Jamacha Way El Cajon, CA 92019.

Dearest Rehab and Family,
Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of beloved Jawdat. He was a good, kind and loving man. We will miss him. May God's eternal light shine upon him. We pray God will grant you/family peace & comfort at this time. We love you.
