Jaxon DiVincenzo Obituary
Passed away suddenly on April 22, 2025. He is predeceased by his sister Olivia. Survived by his parents Joseph DiVincenzo and Casey Lombard; brother Anthony; uncle Corey Lombard; aunt Madison Lombard; and grandparents.
The family would like to thank the amazing staff at the Strong NICU, PICU, and 8th floor nursing department for all their care and support for Jaxon.
Calling hours will be held 4 – 6 PM Monday, April 28th at Farrell-Ryan Funeral & Cremation Services concluding with a funeral service at 6 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Golisano Children’s Hospital.
