Jay was a good friend to my husband and I. I will always remember his star parties, camping,fishing and good nature. He would give the shirt off his back. He was always willing to share his passion for astronomy and astro photography. The one thing I learned from Jay is how beautiful a photograph of a galaxy can be. When I look up at the stars on a clear night I will always think of him.

Jay was a good friend to my husband and I and I will remember his star parties, camping and lots of times just hanging out. He would give the shirt off his back. Very kind man who cared deeply and shared his love of astronomy. He will be missed immensely.
