Jay Miller Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Premier Funeral Services - Roy on Dec. 13, 2025.
Jay D Miller passed peacefully in his sleep with his loving family by his side.

Jay was born in St Anthony, Idaho to LeRoy and Edna Pearl Miller. He was the youngest of 6. He grew up hunting and fishing with his family, creating true love of the outdoors he continued to enjoy his whole life.

During his teens moved to Spanish Fork, Utah where he graduated high school before joining the Army, and later the National Guard serving a total of 12 years. He was very proud of his time with the armed forces and was often seen wearing his veterans ball cap.

Jay had many hobbies from building racecars, camping, target practice, snowmobile and ATV adventures, supporting his kids and grandkids in all of their activities, spending time with his family, and many weekends spent at the sand dunes. He was always willing to lend a hand where he could.

Preceded in death by LeRoy (father), Pearl (mother), Darrell Miller (brother), Jana Atwood (sister), and baby boy Miller (brother).

Survived by his wife Pauline Gee Miller, his kids Richard "Roy" Miller (Allyson), Wade Miller (Markie), Deanna Miller, his grandkids Beau, Sara, Isabella, Elsie, and Elizabeth, his brothers Lee (Karen) and Gene (Cheyanne), and many nieces and nephews.

Public viewing to be held Monday Dec, 15th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm and Tuesday Dec, 16th from 11:00 -12:00 pm at the LDS church house located at 275 South 1400 East in Spanish Fork, Utah.
