Jayden Julian Lopez

Jayden Julian Lopez, lovingly known as "Jayylo" to his friends and family, filled the lives of everyone he knew with joy and laughter. Born on July 12, 2007, in Brighton, Colorado, he lit up the world with his humorous and thoughtful spirit. His life, although brief, was a testament to the love and happiness he brought to those around him. Jayden graced the lives of his loving parents, Diana Urzua and Esteban Lopez, who instilled in him the values of family and faith. His siblings, Angela Dominguez, Robert Cortez, Essence Cortez, and Angel Hernandez, were his partners in mischief and adventure, sharing precious trips and memories that will be cherished forever. He was a proud uncle to Noah already and was excited to welcome his nephew Anthony and niece Nayeli into the world. He was going to be the best uncle ever. Jayden graduated from Fort Lupton High School earlier this year and was the youngest of his mother's 5 children to graduate. Jayden had so many goals and was already on his way to completing some of them. He was an ambitious and hard-working young man, even graduated high school a year early with the desire to start working and build a great life and family of his own one day. He loved to travel and had visited so many places already at his young age. Jayden's passion for life was evident to all who knew him. His love for music and cars were big parts of his life. He was constantly working on cars, especially his own, always pouring hours into perfecting and enhancing it with the belief that there was always room for improvement. An adventurous at heart, Jayden often explored new horizons with his girlfriend Jahnay, whether trying out new food spots they'd heard of or shopping for the latest trends, each experience was an opportunity for togetherness and the creation of cherished memories. To describe Jayden, one would simply say he was loving, funny, goofy, hardworking, thoughtful and so handsome. His presence was a gift in itself, a source of laughter and a comforting embrace in trying times. He was the light in any room and the joke that could ease any sorrow. In loving memory of Jayden, let us carry forth his spirit in the words of poet Maya Angelou, who said, "Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud." Jayden indeed was that rainbow, bringing color and light into the lives of all he touched. He will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always revered for the beauty he brought into our lives.
