Jaymie Jo Phillips, 50, of Rapid City

Jaymie died Sunday, January 18, 2026 at Monument Health in Rapid City. Funeral services are 11 AM, Saturday, January 24, 2026 at the American Legion Hall in Wagner. Burial is in the Greenwood Presbyterian Cemetery. Wake services will be held at 7 PM on Thursday and Friday at the Legion Hall.

Jaymie Jo Phillips was born on August 29, 1975 in Winnebago, NE to Loretta F, Hare and Duane A. Phillips.

Jaymie grew up in Wagner, S.D. most of her life. She was always happy to be

around her grandpa Doyle and grandma Ramona; visiting her Dad and family especially her grandma from Lincoln, NE.

She attended Wagner Community School in Wagner, SD from K-12 grade and was a graduate of the Class of 1993. She loved to listen to music, go cruising, she loved being with her family and friends, and most of all she enjoyed cooking.

She worked at various jobs from YSTA, Kawasaki, Village Inn, Ruby Tuesday's
and more, her final employment was being a Manager at Red Lobster at Rapid City, SD.

Jaymie was a proud mother to her son Jacob J. Abdo and her daughter Alayna Vigil. She shared her life with companion Franki Vigil in Rapid City and her baby (dog) Abby...

Jaymie is survived by her Grandmother Phyllis Ramona Sully, mother Loretta F. Hare of Wagner, SD ; son Jacob J. Abdo of Sioux Falls, SD; daughter Alayna Vigil of Mitchell, SD; her brothers: Scott Felicia (Tammy), Jay Calabaza, and Zachary Hare; and Nephew Korey Patterson all from Wagner, SD.

Jaymie was preceded in death by her father Duane A. Phillips and brother Duane Phillips, Jr.

Jaymie will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was a very unique and caring individual who touched the lives of all who knew her.
