EATON -- Jean D. Davis, age 82, of Eaton, OH passed away on Monday, March 24, 2025 at the Greenbriar Nursing Center in Eaton, OH.
She was born July 10, 1942 in Dayton, OH to the late Clifford Sr and Sarah Beare.
Jean was a waitress and cook for many years; was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Eaton; and was a loving wife, mother and mammaw.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Danny K. Davis, Jr.; brothers Edgar Beare and Donald Beare; sisters Carol Schleiger and Joann Davis; and nephew Brett Beare.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Danny K. Davis Sr of Eaton; son Kent (Mindi) Davis of Greenville; daughter Marissa (Mike) Benge of Eaton; 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and one great great grandson; brothers Clifford (Sharon) Beare and Kenny Beare both of Eaton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025 from 3:00 pm until time of service at 4:00 pm at the Gard Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 226 W. Main Street, Eaton, OH.
