Jean-Claude Louis October 30, 1944 – September 16, 2025
It is with profound sadness that the family of Jean-Claude Louis announces his passing on September 16, 2025, at the age of 80.
A successful engineer, Jean-Claude was admired for his dedication, intelligence, and the deep passion he carried for his beloved country.
He will be lovingly remembered by his children: Rose-Guerine Louis, Régine Louis and Claude Nathalie Louis. He was a proud grandfather of Giovanni, Alyssa, Leila, Jamir, Angelina and Ariana
He is also survived by his sisters, Micheline Pierre-Louis Beaulière, Louise-André Pierre-Louis. His youngest sister, Idelaine Despeines for almost 10 years has devoted her time, patience and strength to take care of him in her Centereach home. His cherished nieces and nephews also held a special place in his heart.
Jean-Claude’s memory will be forever treasured by his family, his later former wife, Marie Mathurin, as well as by his many relatives and friends. He will be remembered for the warmth he shared, the lives he touched, and the enduring legacy he leaves behind.
