Jean E. PERRY

Jean E. (Stratton) Perry, 83, passed away peacefully at home August 21, 2010. Her husband of 33 years Alfred D. Perry passed in 1996. She is survived by her two children; Jane E. Sylvester and her husband Howard of Watertown and Alan D. Perry of Grafton; One brother, George Stratton and his wife Jacqueline of Grafton; A grandson Jeffrey Perry, a great grandson Jared Perry and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents William P. Stratton Sr. and Lora Mae (Metras) and her brother William P. Stratton Jr. Mrs. Perry was born May 13, 1927 in Upton and has lived nearly all her life in Grafton. She worked many years at The Kartiganer Hat Co. in Upton. Jean was a parishioner of St. Philip’s Church in Grafton and was a devoted wife and loving mother. She loved doing jig saw and word puzzles. A Prayer Service will be Tuesday August 24th at 10 am in The Roney Funeral Home 152 Worcester St. in North Grafton. She will then be laid to rest with her husband in Riverside Cemetery in Grafton.
