Jean M. Slavik

I had the pleasure of working with Jean At Haviland. She was not only a co-worker, but also became a good friend. She was a hard worker , always kind and fun to be around. Subbing for her many many times gave me my start to becoming a permanent employee in another department there, which gave me a chance to see her when I would get the opportunity to stop in the library and catch up on her latest news. I never got to see her again once she retired but I have many fond memories and thought of her very often. My condolences to her family.
