Jeanne was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the daughter of the late Ellis “Squeaky” Randolph Hawkins and the late Billie Marie Hughes Hawkins. She was a 1969 graduate of Spartanburg High School. In 1974, she married the love of her life: Jimmy Earnhardt. She was an active member and organist for over fifty years at Roebuck Methodist Church. She enjoyed needle work, and spending time with family and friends. Her grandchildren were her greatest joy. She also loved to relax with her family at Lake Greenwood. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish Jeanne’s memories are her husband of 52 years: James “Jimmy” Edward Earnhardt, Jr; a daughter: Jessica Earnhardt Mullins (Travis); two grandsons; Jacob “Jake” Arthur Mullins (Mackenzie) and Elijah “Eli” James Mullins; brother: Ellis Randolph “Randy” Hawkins, Jr; a cousin: Diann Lamb; a special friend: Rhonda Moody who lovingly cared for Jeanne for the last three years.

The family will receive friends between 9:00 – 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, Sc 29307.
