Jeanne Dakin Guillot ( Johnnie Girl and Nu Nu to her Family.) Born on 02-03-1947 was a Home Maker married to David Guillot for 49 wonderful years having two Great Sons Kelly and Nicholas and Two Beautiful Twin Grand Daughters, Addyson and Londyn who all live in Mandeville. She was very dedicated to her Family and Friends and had unlimited Love for her Faith and a strong Believer in Padre PIO who was one of her favorite Saints and what he represented. She was a fighter and never gave up with her previous battles with Cancer but the most recent one with Leukemia was just a little more than her Body could handle so God called her Home where she is no longer suffering and in a much better place.
Her Death is proceeded by her Parents John E. Dakin and Theresa Wells Dakin of New Orleans, Brother John Dakin IV ( Johnny Boy) of Kenner and her Eldest Sister Bertha Rouch of Covington. She is survived by her Living Siblings Sister Mary Hefler Wife of recently deceased Husband Charles Hefler, Sister Theresa Huesman Wife of deceased Husband Leonard Huesman, Sister Mildred Fransen of Jackson, MS. Brother Robert Dakin of Abita Springs and Sister Mardi Black of Metarie.
Jeanne was a Unique Individual who never met a stranger and loved to be around Children of all ages. She will be so greatly missed by everyone as she just had that Personality that everyone Loved and enjoyed her presence. Her Inspiration and Love will be shared with Angels forever. She maybe gone from this Earth but her memories will live forever.
Her final good bye will be on Friday September 13th at St. Margaret Catholic Church in Albay Exit 32 on I-12, Hwy 43 South at 11:00 AM and Celebration of Life will follow at "The Cedar Post Barn" located on Hwy 43 North in Albany.
