Jeanne L. Pulizzi

Jeanne L. Pulizzi, 78, of Williamsport, passed away unexpectedly at UPMC Williamsport ER on March 4, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on March 23, 1945, a daughter of the late J. Richard and Helen M. (Mahonski) Churba.
Jeanne was a 1963 Williamsport Area High School Graduate. A member of the former Mater Dolorosa, now St. Joseph the Worker Parish, she was a volunteer at St. Ann's School and Williamsport H.S. Marching Millionaires Boosters.
Jeanne was a top tier volunteer for the 2020 Trump Campaign reelection committee working diligently towards his election, and was part of the committee that presented Eric Trump with a plaque to go to former President Trump. Jeanne dedicated her life to raising her children, and was a self-appointed mid-wife for all of her grandchildren. Jeanne loved cruises, especially hitting the slot machines with her beloved sisters.
Jeanne and her loving husband, Benjamin Pulizzi, celebrated 58 years of marriage, August 28, 2023. In addition to her loving husband Ben, she is survived by their four children and their families; Maria Pulizzi, Michelle Pulizzi, Benjamin (Jodi) Pulizzi and Kathleen (Andrew) Borgess; 11 grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Zachary, Kathryn, Camron, Mia, Nina, Bella, Sophia, Gianna and Grayson; six great grandchildren, Ava, Enzo, LaRue, Atreyu, Thomas and Angelo; siblings, Patricia (Ray) Walters, Arlene (Fred) Wood, Ellen Sue (Rick) Emerick and Richard (Myreta) Churba.
In addition to her parents, an infant sister, Mary Ann Churba and brother, Ronald R. Churba preceded her in death.
The family will receive family and friends on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Crouse Funeral Home, 133 E. 3rd St., Williamsport.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am. on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 702 W. 4th St., Williamsport with her pastor, Rev. David W. Bechtel officiating. Burial will follow at Wildwood Cemetery.
