He is proceeded in death by his parents and wife, Rhonda High. Andy is survived by his two sisters and brothers in law, Mary and Ron Kolb of Waconia, MN, and Harriet and Larry Franks of Magnolia, AR, one son and daughter in law, Cara and Jeff High of Salida, CO, one daughter and son in law, Amber and Josh Fleming of Fayetteville, AR. His greatest joy was becoming "Papa" to his two grandsons, Aiden and Holden.
Graveside funeral service will be held 1:00pm October 8, 2022 at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Hope, AR with a celebration of life to follow, under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
