Jeffery Lane Carter Jr. passed away in Grain Valley, Missouri on May 11, 2024. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Jeffery was born June 13, 1975 in Kokomo, Indiana. He enjoyed spending time with his children, fishing and sitting around a firepit with friends. Jeff worked at General Motors Fairfax plant, for many years. He enjoyed his UAW brothers and sisters.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Ryan; aunt, Sharon Sanchez; Aunt Tami Shepard; grandpa, Ed Arnett Sr. and his father, Jeffery Carter Sr. who passed soon after him.
Jeffery is survived by his mother, Tina Bellis; first wife, Lori Monroe and their children: Shawna and Devin Carter; second wife, Patricia Crump and their children: Jeffery III, Alexander and Connor Carter; step-children: Kayla Butler and Jobe Bryant of MO; sisters: Angela Struely of WI. And Kimberly Merchinson of CO; brother, Christopher Neil of CO; uncles Ed Carter Jr., Ed Arnett and Troy Arnett of IN; grandmother, Loretta Arnett; several nieces and nephews and great nieces, nephews and cousins.
