I remember when Jeff and I used to play chess, on a piece of paper during class. Playing chess was only half the fun. The other half was getting away with it!

I knew Jeff when we were in High School. He was a good friend. Cheerful, and gregarious. He had a ready smile. I was bummed out when he left for California, after Bishop Kenny. I stayed in Florida went to U of F, then entered the Navy. I always hoped that Jeff would make a great life for himself, and I am glad to see he did. Funny that he desired to be laid to rest in New Mexico, because I now live just north of therein Colorado. I am now a professional singer-songwriter and performer. I would have liked the opportunity to Jam with you Jeff! My condolences to Jeff's Family and Friends. I know his passing is a heavy loss. ~ Eric Elison
