Jeffery Palmer Obituary
Jeffery Neal Palmer, born on April 15, 1955, in Rotan, Texas, passed away on July 20, 2025. He lived a full life, dedicating many years to driving a truck and sharing his love for music as a disc jockey for radio and TV stations in Abilene.
Jeffery was a caring and giving person, well-known for his love of family. He graduated from Roby High School and completed some college courses. In addition to his professional achievements, he found joy in hobbies such as landscaping, gardening, camping, hiking, traveling, and collecting fossils.
He is survived by his daughter, Tember Bolten and her husband Matthew, and his grandson, Levi Bolten. He is also survived by his brother, Terry Palmer, niece Jamie Dimond and her husband Ricky.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin H. and Jerelene Palmer.
Visitation for Jeffery will be held on July 24, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Weathersbee Ray Funeral Home in Rotan, Texas. A funeral service will take place the following day, July 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Roby, Texas.
