Jeffrey Ronald Brown

Jeffrey Ronald Brown was born in Tripoli, Libya, North Africa, and moved to Bay County, Florida in 1969. He was a proud graduate of Mosley High School, Class of 1977. Jeff had a lifelong love for the water – fishing and working on boats brought him some of his happiest moments. He especially enjoyed his time working on charter boats along the Gulf Coast.

Following his passion for service and adventure, Jeff joined the U.S Navy and was stationed at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base.

Jeff is survived by his loving stepmother, Diane Brown, who selflessly cared for him and previously for his father. The family deeply appreciates her compassion and dedication.

He is also survived by his three sisters, Sheree Waters and her husband John Edward "Eddie" Waters, Diane Harte, and Rebecca Allen and her husband Michael Allen, who will cherish his memory forever. Additionally, Jeff had nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews who loved him very much and will miss him greatly.

Jeff will be remembered for his kind spirit, love of the sea, and the many lives he touched along the way.
