79 year old, Jeffrey ‘Jeff’ Buckley, of Rensselaer, passed away on October 30, 2025, at home with his family around him.
On November 21, 1945, Jeff was born to Arthur and Ida (Rawlinson) Buckley, in Ashton-U-Lyne, Lancashire, England. He married the love of his life, his childhood friend, Marilyn Williams-Burke, on March 26, 1993, in Duckinfield, England. Jeff was a member of the British Air Cadets. He worked as a gas pipe layer for British Gas before he moved over to Indiana and worked at Donaldson. Jeff was an artist who enjoyed leather crafts and wood burning. He loved animals, and being outside in his vegetable garden.
Jeff is survived by his wife: Marilyn, children: Dawn, Jeff, Katherine, Wendy, Karen, 13 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. He was also a beloved dad and granddad to many fur babies.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, brother: Roy, and infant sister: Jean.
Per Jeff’s wishes cremation will take place.
A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
