Jeffrey Carter Obituary
He was born in Waycross to Carl E. Carter and Raenell Hulin Carter and graduated from Ware County High School in 1987. He worked in the family floor covering business, Carl's Carpet Service, for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing.
In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by a niece, Tara Carter.
He is survived by his mother, Raenell Carter of Waycross; three brothers, Randy Carter (Jan), Arthur Ray Carter (Sherry), and Robert Carter (Vickie), all of Waycross; numerous nieces and nephews, Dustin Carter (Kayli), Tiffany Carter (Johnny Heuer), Candice Nepi (Michael), Ashley Smith (Christopher), and Cody Carter (Katie); and several great-nieces and great-nephews, Cash, Caylor, Kennedi, Harrison, Hudson, Hollis, Ayla, Arley, Adley, Crew, Chloe, Ace, Leeah, Cheyenne, Derrick, Adalynn, Emily, Eli, and Luca.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the Music Funeral Home Chapel. The family will begin receiving friends at the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.
