Dear family and friends of Jeff´s,
On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans, we offer our sincere condolences at Jeff´s passing. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are always saddened whenever a fellow "Bubblehead" departs on Eternal Patrol. He served with honor on the USS James Monroe (SSBN-622).

Jeff you'll always be my friend. We were so close to getting together since I moved back to Paris but that wasn't to be. I will miss my friend R.I.P with the love of your life. Vaya Con Dios

Jeff sure could make a person laugh. I could ask a computer question on FB and he could always answer it. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. RIP Jeff.
