Jeffrey Ham Obituary
He was born on June 30, 1973, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the son of Larry Neal and Sharon Sue (Heffernan) Ham. He was raised in Wichita and graduated from Wichita East High School with the Class of 1992. While attending WSU, he met Kristi Clopton, and they were married on July 25, 1998, in Wichita. While in college, he was a dedicated member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. To this union, two children were born. The family made their home in Olathe. Jeff was in sales for his entire working life, most recently in construction manufacturing sales for Belmont Enterprises.
Jeff had a lifelong love for old cars and was an avid sports fan, cheering passionately for the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals, as well as a loyal Cubs fan. He found great joy in spending time at Eureka Lake and treasured the time he spent with his family and friends. His love for Kansas City BBQ was a cherished tradition, a staple of his game-day celebrations, and a part of every special gathering. He will be remembered for his love of BBQ.
His sudden loss has left a deep hole in his small family.
He is survived by his wife, Kristi, and their children, Addison and Jaxson Ham, all of the home; his mother, Sharon Wright of Wichita; and his brother, Brandon Ham of Wichita. In addition to his immediate family, he is also mourned by his parents-in-law, Larry and Julie Clopton of Eureka; brother-in-law, Tim and wife, Tamee Clopton; two nieces, two nephews; and six great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.
Cremation has been effected. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Williams Syndrome Association. Contributions may be sent in care of Koup Family Funeral Home, PO Box 595, Eureka, KS 67045, which is overseeing arrangements. Condolences may be left for the family online at koupfunerals.com.

I was Jeff´s second grade teacher, Mrs. Dombo and I have lots of fond memories of Jeff. He was very hyperactive and had a lot of energy but he was a fun kid. I am shocked that he died so young. It was my first year at blessed sacrament and I always share Jeff stories. So sorry for your loss. i´m sure he will be sorely missed.
