Jeffrey Kent Higgins

Deepest condolences to Redding, Jeremy, David and Thomp. Jeff and I have been friends since 1994; I am deeply saddened to hear about his passing. Jeff would often come stay with me when Louise and Redding when passed through Atlanta on their way to Florida and it was always a pleasure to visit with them. I will treasure the many great memories and laughs we shared; I am sad that we didn't get to say goodbye.
