Jeff was the constant rock and love of his family. Together they built a beautiful life filled adventures, laughter, and a love that grew stronger with each obstacle we overcame together. Jeff was a loving father to his children and a fun-loving grandfather. A loving son, brother, and uncle to his family, his absence will cause a gap no other can fill. While we will miss his physical presence every day, we know his love for his family is eternal. It will carry us through until we meet again.
A visitation will be held at Salm - McGill & Tangeman Funeral Home on Thursday - March 20th, from 6-7PM. After the visitation, cremation will take place. Salm - McGill & Tangeman Funeral Home is honored to serve the Holmes family. Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.salm-mcgillandtangemanfh.com.
